Vegan Spinach Dip! I remember back in the days when I was lost I loved the spinach dip from Chilis and then I found out it was ridiculously unhealthy! Which bewildered me, but now as a more educated foodie I get so excited when I find recipes that are nourishing and delicious and I am sure that this is one of those! I can’t wait to dip some tortillas in this :B
